Co-Op Advertising

Great opportunities to market your Charlotte County hospitality-related business leveraging your partnership with the VCB.  Check here for links to co-op advertising which will go online September 25, 2017 at 9am.  All sign-ups are first-come, first-serve.  Please read the instructions/information for each co-op product completely before reserving space and/or event.

Throughout the year, other opportunities may become available, make SURE you are in our industry mailing list to receive notifications when opportunities become available.  Contact the VCB at (941) 743-1900 with any questions.

Note - the signup is "Free" - however, the cost of each run is indicated for each co-op and will be billed at the time of publication.  Businesses must be physically located in Charlotte County.

 

Allegiant "Sunseeker" - In flight magazine  2018 Co-Op

In flight magazine for all east coast Allegiant routes.  With over 30 markets served by the Punta Gorda airport, this is an incredible value. 

Partner Cost:

1/4 page = $550 per issue,  1/2 page = $1100 per issue  (Compare to 2017 single issue published rates of $2570 1/2 page and $1930 1/4 page). You will be billed after issue publishes.

Happenings Arts & Entertainment (SWFL)

Monthly super-regional entertainment/events magazine.  Reach potential visitors in Collier, Lee and Charlotte County.  Awesome outlet to reach people for events and promotions.

Partner Cost:

1/4 page (3.5" w x 4.625" h) = $175 per issue.  You will be billed after issue publishes.

Special Notes:

January 2018 Issue onward is in a NEW magazine size format (not shown) -  because of the smaller footprint, 1/8 page ads have been removed from the offering.  The new format will have several distribution advantages including circulation and visibility.

 

 

Travel & Adventure Show: Chicago 2018

The VCB will have a presence again at one of the largest travel shows in the U.S., limited partner positions available at the VCB booth. The VCB will cover the primary booth cost.  Show is February 10-11, 2018

Partner Cost:

$200 per partner (person), limited to 5 participants.  Partner covers his/her own travel/hotel.

  • Attendees spend $606 Million annually on travel

  • Yield Market:  85% college+ / $115,870 Average HHI
  • 89% will take 3-9 domestic trips in next 12 months
  • 78% will book through operator / destination they met at show
