PUNTA GORDA, Fla. (Jan. 17, 2017) – About 2,000 ballers dressed in armor wielding paintball markers are anticipated to descend upon Florida Tracks & Trails (TNT) located in Punta Gorda, Fla., for the Dreaded Legends2-Black Flag paintball event Jan. 28 & 29, 2017. The weekend-long event, produced by CPX Events in partnership with TNT, is anchored by a two-day pirate-themed scenario called the Tale of Punta Ginta. During the Dreaded Legends 2 weekend, onsite camping will be available at TNT and hotel accommodations are located in Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte.  

Last year, the inaugural event attracted 1,400 participants. Florida Tracks & Trails is a 1,000-acre family-friendly recreational park featuring American Motorcyclist Association sanctioned motocross tracks; 40-miles of ATV trails; a 12-acre beach with pure white sand, crisp clear water and palm trees; and tiki bar. Each weekend, visitors to Florida Tracks & Trails can enjoy food, music, and beverages at the tiki bar where beach games are set up along with kids’ contests and family-fun.  TNT also features 80-acres of paintball terrain with seven professionally designed paintball fields. Included are two professional Paintball Sports Promotions regulation speedball fields.
